Hey —

New post is live and this one is a little different from the gear and preparedness content.

I decided I wanted to do something hard. So, I landed on rowing 2000 meters every hour for 24 hours on my Concept2.

48,000 total meters. About two hours of sleep. Unknown but significant amounts of coffee.

The full post covers how the night went, what broke down and when, the turning point at 6am when my wife joined me for her morning workout, and what 24 hours of minimal sleep and sustained effort actually proved about being prepared when it counts.

Plus the stats and gear.

Talk soon,

Sean

P.S. — By the 10am row I was mowing the lawn between sessions. Make of that what you will.
